We are a team of professionals who
are passionate about Tuscany. We comprise two English solicitors
(Chris and Sue Brierley), an Italian architect (Sergio Porcelotti),
a surveyor and a team of builders, electricians, plumbers,
carpenters and other craftsmen. We team up with our affiliate
Domus Toscana Srl.(www.domustoscana.com), a management services
company owned and managed by Sergio.
Chris and Sue have invested in Tuscany now owning 2 large farmhouses
houses (Striano and Casa Rosa) and a small village (bourgo)
called Oli. From purchase, Chris and Sue completed the main
restoration of Striano in less than 2 years. This is an amazing
achievement in a country full of “red tape”.
Together with Sergio and their chosen Italian legal advisors,
Chris and Sue have navigated their way through the minefield
of Italian legislation and red tape to purchase their properties,
obtain all relevant permits, found a trustworthy design and
build team, obtained finance from Italian banks and rented
out Striano providing gross rental of 100,000 euros in its
first season.
